By filling out this form, you declare your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal regarding the indicated order. Once submitted, the request will be processed and you will receive a confirmation of receipt with the date and time directly via email.

This form is exclusively reserved for private customers (without a VAT number) who intend to exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the order.

If you purchased with a VAT number, the request will not be accepted automatically.
